Where It Really Began
It didn’t start with an idea. It started with a doubt. Most “healthy” snacks didn’t truly feel different. Just familiar ingredients — rearranged, relabelled, and marketed better. Refined sugar became jaggery. Maida became multigrain. But the experience? Often the same.
That disconnect stayed with us. So instead of searching endlessly for better options — we decided to build them ourselves.

Why We Rebuilt Everything
We didn’t want to simply tweak snacks. We wanted to rethink the foundation itself. Because many “better-for-you” products still rely on the same systems — just packaged differently. That wasn’t enough for us.
So we stepped away from:
- refined sugar
- maida
- overly processed formulations
- ingredient swaps that only sound healthier on paper
Instead, we rebuilt from the ground up using: millets, plant-based ingredients, thoughtful fats, and slower processes. Because if you’re eating something regularly — it should actually feel worth it.

How Snaklor Is Built
Snaklor was shaped in a home kitchen — over months of testing, failing, refining, and rebuilding. We worked through: grain behaviour, hydration balance, sweetness calibration, fat structuring, texture precision, and baking consistency.
Some batches crumbled. Some felt heavy. Some simply didn’t feel right. We didn’t launch until everything aligned: taste, texture, and how it feels after eating. Because great food isn’t rushed. It’s engineered — patiently.
